A timeline of past incidents and their resolution status.
Some users experienced 2–5 minute delays in AI signal delivery for less frequently traded altcoin pairs. The issue was caused by a bottleneck in our signal aggregation pipeline. We've deployed a fix that distributes the workload across additional workers.
API users experienced intermittent timeout errors between 14:30 and 15:15 UTC. Root cause was a surge in WebSocket connections exceeding connection pool limits. Connection pool has been scaled and rate limiting adjusted.
Push notifications for price alerts and signal triggers were delayed by up to 10 minutes on iOS devices. The issue was isolated to Apple's push notification service (APNs) throttling our rate. We have implemented a queue-based retry mechanism.
Scheduled maintenance to migrate our primary trading database to improve query performance. During the 30-minute window, historical trade data was unavailable. Live trading and signals were not affected.
